VIDEO: A new approach to Parkinsonia on the Barkly

Hayfield Station, in the northern Barkly region of the Northern Territory, recently hosted some trials of a new biological herbicide called Di-Bak. Developed by BioHerbicides Australia, Di-Bak contains three native fungi that are injected into the stem of the woody weed, Parkinsonia eventually killing it. Barkly Landcare​ are running the trials along with Peter Riikonen​ of BioHerbicides Australia.
