Mitchell Creek provides a green and cool oasis within the suburbs of Palmerston. This site is bordered by Roystonea and Lambrick Avenues, and backs onto the Zuccoli estate.

 

There is current gamba grass management by property developers and roadside contractors. Complementary management by the Gamba Army will ensure this area is managed as a larger strategic block, keeping the largely ‘clean’ areas of Mitchell Creek free from future gamba grass establishment.
