GLENDOWER ROAD

A large tract of Vacant Crown Land, which acts as a reservoir and drain for significant amounts of water to feed into Milner Creek, contributing to the health of a number of paperbark swamps, and continuing into Shoal Bay through Defence tenure.

 

The designated spray area sits between Robertson Barracks, and the light industrial area along Glendower Rd. As such, it is an important area for gamba grass management for asset protection, habitat conservation and to minimise spread along a drainage corridor through a number of tenures.
